Bedrock Sandals Giveaway Results and Fan Appreciation Giveaway!

We had a tremendous response to the Bedrock Sandal giveaway folks.  Just as Bedrock is off to a great start, with over 200 backers and nearly $9000 in pledges, we received over 90 entries to this contest.

The winner of the Bedrock Sandal contest is: C.Beth!

C.Beth, I will contact you in every way I know how to help you claim your prize.  If you've already pledged toward a pair, they will refund your money (unless of course you want more than one pair...I have 3 myself).  You have until July 8th to claim your prize.

If you didn't win, don't freak out.  My facebook page has almost 200 likes and I want to smash through that mark!  It's time for a Fan Appreciation Giveaway!  This time for any basic model pair of huaraches of your choice; Invisible Shoes, Unshoes, Branca, Bedrock, or Original Luna (naked top only...although you can buy a suede top yourself).

The rules are as follows.  You need to invite your friends to like my facebook page or follow me on twitter (if you don't know how to do that, ask me).  I will keep track of every new fan that likes my page or follows me on twitter between now and July 9th, 2011.  I will then pick a new fan/follower at random.  If you invited that person to follow me, you win the giveaway!  Don't try to cheat.  I will be asking that fan if they were invited by you.

Please comment on this post to let me know that you're playing along, and if you want please also let me know how many people you've invited to follow me.

Happy prize hunting!

  1. I'm in. I have invited three! Not many but I need to be realistic. BFR and MR aren't easy to find downunder.

Nice blog too bro. Keeping one myself here http://barefootrunner.posterous.com/ but going to move it to my wordpress site at davidtensen.com. Have hacked up my own huaraches and a pair for the kids but I'm learning the sweat and tears of the boutique makers are worth the $$ and support. BRING ON THE SWAG

  2. I would love a pair of huaraches, but I'm too lazy to invite friends. Oh well. Hope you're doing well...
